Texas State Student Residents (Fall 2026)
Job Description
The student resident position is designed to provide professional growth and fulfill the required semester (s) of classroom student resident experience required towards becoming a certified teacher.
Texas State Resident Program is required to submit a list of student residents to the Manor ISD Human Resource department. To be eligible for student residency, your program must have a current partnership agreement with Manor ISD.
Submission permits Manor ISD to conduct a background check.
If approved, Human Resources will coordinate campus placement with the University Program Coordinator.
*Only the applicants submitted by University will be processed as Student Residents, as this is for them to complete their training process.
