Primary Purpose:The Middle School Principal serves as the instructional leader and chief culture builder of the campus, fostering a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement for both students and staff. High-quality instruction is ensured through systems that use student performance data to guide teaching and drive measurable growth. Coaching and professional learning are provided to strengthen instructional practices and support teacher development. Clear and consistent expectations for student achievement, character, and behavior are established and maintained, creating a safe, respectful, and academically focused learning environment. The principal maintains a visible presence on campus and actively communicates with students, staff, and families to build strong relationships and promote student success.
