Job Description
Work with Director on producing and maintaining work schedules, maintain accurate food production records, direct daily activities in the cafeteria, supervise food preparation, presentation and serving. Practice and promote portion control and proper use of leftovers, work with campus Principal to accommodate temporary schedules, etc. Supervise and train employees at campus level, promoting efficiency, morale and teamwork. All other duties as assigned by Food Service Director. Requires high school diploma or GED. Ability to understand food preparation and safety instructions, working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production procedures, ability to operate kitchen equipment and tools, ability to perform basic arithmetic operations, cashier skills.
