Middle School English Language Arts Teacher/Coach Lago Vista ISD is a growing 4A District of Innovation with 4 campuses of approximately 1,800 students on the beautiful North Shore of Lake Travis. We are looking for faculty members at our Middle School, a 6-8 grade campus, of approx. 450 students who strive to inspire and support a safe community of lifelong learners where every individual is valued and respected as part of the team. Qualifications: Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or training for subject and level assigned Possible coaching duties as assigned Compensation Package: Competitive based on LVISD Salary Schedule (current schedule 0-31 yrs: $50,000-$70,000) Generous Benefits: TRS Active-Care — The District pays $445 a month toward the employee health insurance premiums; vision and dental offered; cafeteria plan available.
