Starting July 2026 – New Campus Opening August 2026- Berry Creek Elementary210 Work Days Starting Pay: $20/hourThis position will be a combination of Admin Assistant and Registrar. Primary PurposeEnsure efficient operation of school administrative office and provide clerical services for school’s administrative staff. Additionally, will be responsible for maintaining student academic records at the campus level under minimal supervision. Process student enrollment, transfers, and withdrawals for the campus. QualificationsEducation/CertificationHigh school diploma or GED Special Knowledge/SkillsProficient keyboarding and file maintenance skillsAbility to use software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processingAbility to maintain accurate and auditable recordsKnowledge of basic accounting principlesAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsBasic math skillsAbility to perform a variety of tasks often changing assignment on short noticeEffective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience2 years secretarial experience preferred
